The planning for the hospital in Ambohitsara has begun. This was one of the items of a visit by the team of project leaders from Madagascar in July/August this year.

Dr. Martin Engelhardt is paying a return visit in Madagascar for 2 weeks since 26 October. The aims of this visit:

• to be better informed about the situation in Ambohitsara,
• to get to know the work methods in a hospital in Madagascar,
• to visit the engineering firm that has delivered us the construction plans,
• to establish networks (German Embassy, University of ​​Antananarivo, environmentally aware energy technician, …)
