In a simple customary architecture step by step a busch hospital with outpatient and inpatient care, maternity unit and surgical ward shall be built up. The practice of “money before treatment” shall be replaced by the principle of “treatment before money”. The rural poor shall also get the opportunity to pay in kind or in work.
As a first step at the end of 2009, a health station was built, which, after the ensued preliminary approval by the authorities in the first quarter of 2010, could start the normal operation.

Currently there are running the plannings for the hospital, which shall be built by 2013 and we are still looking for competent partners for both construction and equipment and for the installation of the infrastructure (roads, electricity, water supply). If you can imagine a collaboration with us, talk to us. In the context of the hospital planning, the leadership team from Madagascar was in Germany from mid-July to mid-August 2011.
